Video surveillance policy

Current status

According to the operator, no cameras are currently installed and no video or audio surveillance recording is taking place. This page does not claim an active system and is not consent to future recording.

Planned area and audio

If cameras are installed, the operator intends to monitor the area in front of the entrance, without audio. The exact premises address, field of view, purpose and legal basis must be determined and included in an updated policy before activation.

Planned retention

The operator has chosen one month for future video recordings. This refers to a planned system, not existing recordings. Deletion arrangements and any lawful retention of specific recordings must be established before activation.

Before activation

Authorised access, storage location, potential providers and recipients, protection measures and rights procedures must be defined before recording starts. Access roles and any cloud service are not yet specified and are not claimed as active.

Information about surveillance, the operator and the current policy should be displayed before entry to the monitored area. Cameras should cover only areas necessary for the approved purpose, not unnecessary private spaces.
